Supplied Information

To use the Application, you may upload or import lists of contacts and recipients (which may include names, email addresses, and other subscriber information). We store and process this data on your behalf solely to provide the email sending, list management, and reporting services you request. We do not use this data for our own purposes. Your responsibilities in respect of this data — including ensuring you have a lawful basis and any necessary consent to email these recipients — are set out in the Terms of Use.

Automatically Collected Information

We receive and store certain types of usage-related information whenever you interact with GoGeeMail. For example, we may automatically receive and record information regarding your computer's IP address, browser information, session length, device information, and pages or features accessed.

Campaign and Engagement Data

When you send campaigns through the Application, we generate and store data relating to those campaigns, including delivery, bounce, open, click, unsubscribe, and spam-complaint information. This data is used to provide reporting to you, to maintain deliverability and suppression lists, and to protect the integrity and reputation of our sending infrastructure.

How Information Is Used

GoGeeMail uses the information described in this Privacy Policy (a) to communicate with you and provide the requisite service, (b) internally, to analyse, develop and improve its products and services, (c) to process payments and administer your account, and (d) to monitor for, prevent, and address abuse, spam, fraud, and security issues.

GoGeeMail will neither rent nor sell your personal information to anyone, nor share any of your information without prior consent, or unless required to do so by law, in which case we undertake to notify you of such requirement at the earliest reasonable opportunity.

If you decide to use or otherwise access the Application, your use/access and any possible dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the Republic of South Africa.

The GoGeeMail system may permit you to integrate with other applications or websites. Such third-party applications/websites are not under our control, and such integration does not constitute an endorsement by GoGeeMail of those other applications/websites, or the services offered through them.

The privacy and security practices of such third-party applications/websites you may integrate with are not covered by this Privacy Policy, and GoGeeMail is not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such websites.

Access To Personal Information

GoGeeMail allows you to access the following information about you for the purpose of viewing, and in certain situations, updating that information. This list may change in the event the Application changes.

Deletion Of Personal Information

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

GoGeeMail may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes in the way we use personal information, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our Site or sending you an email.
